SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All merchandise is shipped from In God We Trust’s studio (herein IGWT) in Brooklyn, NY. All shipping rates are calculated via UPS and USPS based on your location. Once an order is placed on ingodwetrustnyc.com we are unable to change or cancel the order.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before noon EST are shipped the same day (except holidays). Orders placed after noon EST are shipped the next business day (except holidays). Orders placed Saturday and Sunday shipped the following Monday (except holidays). Orders placed on Holidays are shipped the next business day. IGWT is closed on the following holidays:
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Christmas Day
Once shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation via email which will contain a tracking number from the shipping provider.
Saturday delivery is not available.
Once an order has left IGWT, it is in the care of UPS, USPS, and your local postal service. IGWT is not liable for any errors made by these service providers. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to UPS or USPS and their customer service department. We will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider.
Availability of merchandise is not guaranteed. Notification via e-mail or phone will be sent should one or more of the items ordered be backordered or out of stock.
IGWT is not responsible for unclaimed or refused packages. In the event that a package gets returned to our shipping facility by the shipping provider, the customer will have the opportunity to cancel or exchange the returned order minus shipping fees.
Shipping Custom Orders
Custom orders (engraving, ring resizing, etc.) require 7-10 business days to complete before they can be shipped or picked up. Orders may be expedited (within reason) with payment of a "Rush Fee" . Email email@example.com to request the availability of this service.
Instructions and special requests for custom orders can be made in the ORDER NOTES section in the check out process, or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Incomplete, unclear or ambiguous instructions that require additional information will cause delay in the processing and production of your order. In addition, delays in correspondence regarding custom orders will result in further processing and production delays.
Domestic orders are shipped via United Parcel Service with the exception of orders shipping to PO boxes, which will be shipped via United States Postal Service.
International orders will be shipped via USPS unless you are contacted with additional information. International orders may carry additional tariffs or duties we cannot predict. The customer is responsible for any and all customs/duties/import taxes needed to clear customs at the destination country. We do not control these costs and are not responsible for any affiliated delay. We recommend that you contact your local customs or post office with questions about which charges may apply for your country.
Studio pickup is available for NY state customers at our Greenpoint location and orders may be picked up during store hours. Please have the name associated with the order handy and be prepared to show photo ID if necessary. IGWT/Greenpoint has the following hours:
- Monday - Closed
- Tuesday thru Sunday - Noon to 7pm
If you accidentally chose studio pickup and would like to have your order shipped, or if you paid for shipping and you'd like to pick your order up, please email email@example.com to make alternate accommodations.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, IGWT will gladly exchange full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise with it’s original invoice and tags. This policy will be honored for items received at our studio within 14 days following the delivery of your order.
No cash or credit card refunds are allowed. If unable to find a suitable exchange item, an online store credit will be issued
The following items are final sale, thus may not be returned:
- Custom Orders
- Discontinued Items
- Sale or Marked Down Merchandise
- Apothecary Items
Additionally, shipping fees, custom fees, import taxes and any IGWT services and fees, are non-refundable.
Please notify us of any exhange requests via firstname.lastname@example.org. If your exchange is deemed acceptable please allow 10-14 days for your exchange to be processed. Buyer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs. IGWT is not responsible for exchange/return shipping costs or duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. For more information on claiming duties please contact your local customs bureau. IGWT holds the right to deny exchanges should the merchandise not meet our return policy requirements.

All rings from our Commitment Collection are made to order especially for you, and require a lead time of 4 weeks.
