SHIPPING

Orders are processed the following business day when humanly possible, excluding holidays and weekends. Please allow extra processing time for international orders and 7-10 business days for custom orders to be completed before leaving our facility.

International orders may carry extra tariffs or duties that we cannot predict. The customer is responsible for any and all customs/duties/import taxes needed to clear customs at the destination country. We do not control these costs, and we recommend that you contact your local customs office with questions about which charges may apply for your country. 

All merchandise is shipped from our studio in Brooklyn, NY. All shipping rates are calculated via UPS and USPS based on your location. International orders will be shipped via USPS unless you are contacted with additional information. Domestic shipments are via UPS with the exception of orders shipping to PO boxes, which will be shipped USPS. 

Once an order has left the In God We Trust facility, it is in the care of UPS, USPS, and your local postal service. In God We Trust is not liable for any errors made by these service providers. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to UPS or USPS and their customer service department. We will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider.

Availability of merchandise is not guaranteed. Notification via e-mail or phone will be sent should one or more of the items ordered be backordered or out of stock.

In God We Trust is not responsible for unclaimed or refused packages. In the event that a package gets returned to our shipping facility by the shipping provider, the customer will have the opportunity to cancel or exchange the returned order minus shipping fees.


ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We hope you are completely in love with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, In God We Trust will gladly exchange full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise with its' original invoice.

This does not include jewelry, custom orders, sale items, marked-down merchandise, fragrances, or books. These items are final sale—no returns or exchanges. Shipping is non-refundable. This policy will be honored for items received at our studio within 14 days following the delivery of your order.

Please allow 10-14 days for your return to be processed. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. In God We Trust is not responsible for return shipping costs or duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. For more information on claiming duties please contact your local customs bureau. In God We Trust holds the right to deny refunds should the merchandise not meet return policy requirements.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

In-house engraving: $10 per side
Professional engraving: $20 per area

Custom Orders must be paid in full in advance and are nonrefundable. Orders will be filled within 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday). IGWT reserves the right to decline any custom order. All orders are subject to a 20% custom design fee with additional charge for materials.
